- Du unterstützt Dein Team bei der operativen Pflege und Verwaltung von Stammdaten
- Du veröffentlichst und aktualisierst Stammdaten im GDSN (1WorldSync/Syndigo, markant mPIM)
- Du legst neue Artikel, Displays und weitere Produkteinheiten an
- Du führst Stammdatenänderungen durch und korrigierst bestehende Artikeldaten
- Du unterstützt den Artikelanlageprozess in Jira-LUX
- Du übernimmst Aufgaben im First Level Support für stammdatenbezogene Fragestellungen
- Du legst Artikelstücklisten in SAP an und pflegst bzw. korrigierst bestehende Stücklisten
- Du pflegst relevante Stammdaten in SAP, bspw. Lager- und Transportbedingungen sowie weitere produktbezogene Informationen
- Du bearbeitest interne und externe Anfragen rund um das Thema Stammdaten
- Du erstellst und bereitest abteilungsübergreifende Auswertungen auf
- Du testest neue Features und Anpassungen unserer PIM-App im Rahmen von Beta-Tests

Diese Aufgaben erwarten Dich
Das bringst Du bereits mit
- Du bist als Student*in in einer Hochschule oder Universität eingeschrieben und hast idealerweise einen betriebswirtschaftlichen, logistischen oder ähnlichen Schwerpunkt
- Du zeichnest Dich durch selbstständiges und engagiertes Arbeiten, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Proaktivität aus
- Du bist analytisch und besitzt eine sorgfältige und effiziente Arbeitsweise
- Du hast Freude an der Arbeit im Team als auch in Eigenverantwortung
- Du verfügst über sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Du beherrschst sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist für 6 Monate in einem Umfang von 20 Stunden in der Woche verfügbar
