- Du kalkulierst Neuprodukte, validierst diese systemisch und arbeitest als Schnittstelle zu Marketing sowie Supply Chain Management
- Du verantwortest das Controlling der Herstellungskosten (CoGS) und Logistikkosten und unterstützt das SCM bei der Bestandssteuerung
- Du führst Soll-Ist-Vergleiche, Abweichungsanalysen und Optimierungsprojekte durch und treibst Effizienzverbesserungen aktiv voran
- Du steuerst eigenverantwortlich die Planungsprozesse (Budget, StratPlan, YEE) mit Fokus auf das Produktionscontrolling
- Du wirkst bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen mit und stellst eine hohe Datenqualität sicher
- Du erstellst aussagekräftige Reportings und baust nachhaltige Schnittstellen zu relevanten Stakeholdern auf

Diese Aufgaben erwarten Dich
Das bringst Du bereits mit
- Du hast ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium abgeschlossen, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen/Controlling, und verfügst über eine fundierte fachliche Basis
- Du bringst relevante Berufserfahrung im Controlling mit (ca. 2–3 Jahre), vorzugsweise im OTC-, Retail- oder FMCG-Umfeld mit Bezug zum Produktionscontrolling
- Du besitzt solide Kenntnisse im Kostencontrolling und der Produktkalkulation sowie ein gutes Verständnis gängiger Kennzahlensysteme
- Du arbeitest sicher mit Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint und ERP-Systemen wie SAP R/3 oder SAP S/4HANA
- Du hast Erfahrung mit BI-Tools (z. B. SAP BW, Power BI) und zeichnest dich durch eine hohe Datenbankaffinität aus
- Du kommunizierst sehr gut auf Deutsch und Englisch und trittst gegenüber internen wie externen Stakeholdern souverän auf
- Du überzeugst durch analytische Stärke, Eigenverantwortung und eine pragmatische Hands-on-Mentalität
